Responsibilities for this Position |
|
- You will mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons of bar, following standard recipes, and to promote food sales.
- Essential Responsibilities are but are not limited to:
- Mixing ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
- You will serve wine draught, bottled beer, non-alcoholic beverages, and food.
- Collect money for drinks served.
- Orders and requisitions liquors and supplies.
- Places bottled goods and glasses to make an attractive display.
- Washes glasses, bar, and equipment.
- Stocks and replenishes plasses, beverages, mixes, fruit, and guest supplies.
- Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
- May prepare appetizers, such as pickles, cheese, and cold meats.

Job Requirements |
|
- Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
Technical Requirements:
- Must live in the local area or within commuting distance.
- Local applicants will be considered first.
- Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
- Requires supervisory experience.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Must be able to converse in basic English.
- Requires strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Excellent people skills.
- Must meet grooming standards.
- We provide a substance free environment. Substance testing is mandatory.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Meet/exceed customer expectations.
- Computer experience strongly desired.
- Must meet or exceed the team expectations.
- An energetic personality.
